"We hired Robbins Construction on two separate occasions. The house we purchased is older and not well taken care of by previous owners. We needed foundation support and entire floors rebuilt in half of our house, including both bathrooms, laundry room and kitchen. These were big projects and Steve was happy and willing to give me an estimate months before so that we could save enough. Each job took less than a week. We had the same crew for each time, which is great! We got to know the guys very well and knew they were familiar with our house and the work it needed. Robbins Construction is trustworthy, relaible and honest! We have a few more things to do to our house in the future and we would not trust anyone else to work on our house and any future home projects if we ever move. Steve has also been able to recommend other service providers when we have needed an electrician and a new hvac tech when ours failed to do a reliable job. Strengths - Steve is professional, with a friendly personality and is very customer-oriented with excellent communication skills, keeping in constant contact (even after project was complete, to confirm happiness with our home and that everything is in working order).

Steve has high standards for the homes he builds and has a plethora of excellent contacts for the various trades who do high quality craftsmanship.

There was an issue with workers either not showing up or leaving the project. Steve was able to locate other quality workers to take over for those who left.
